A copy of the electrical code can be obtained from NFPA.org.
My neighbor is excavation close to my property line. What can I do to protect my property?
The City requires the applicant for a project with excavation close to a property line to notify the affected property via a certified mail.
Will other agencies need to review my plans? Do other clearances still apply?
While the Pre-Approved Standard Plan Program streamlines the building and safety review process, other agency/departmental reviews and clearances may still be required depending on your specific site conditions and type of rebuild.
