Mechanical Test Lab (MTL)
The Mechanical Test Lab is responsible for reviewing applications for mechanical product approvals through its Research Section and Mechanical Test Lab. Approved materials are published as Los Angeles Research Reports (LARR).

The district grading inspector will clear the release of the bond upon completion of the work. Financial Services will release the bond amount.
