Self-Certification Program Implementation Guidelines

As directed by EEO6, guidelines on the implementation of the order related to self-certification have been issued. Refer to the link below for more information:

 

 

You may enroll with the online Self-Certification Application or in person with the application form at 221 N. Figueroa St, 7th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90012 between the hours of 7:30 am to 9:30 am.

 

The following are required to enroll in the program.

 

  • Proof of professional licensure in the State of California
  • Proof of insurance
  • Proof of ICC Certification under the California Residential Code Self-Certification Program
  • Registration fee
  • Certificate of Good Conduct

Self-Certified Professionals

The list of Self-Certified Professionals can be found on the LADBS Roster search, under license type "Self-Certification."
