Effective October 25, 2022, the City of Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS) is offering permit assistance for studio and soundstage projects through the Restaurant and Small Business Express Program (RSBEP).

This permit assistance coincides with the goals of the LA Business Portal – Studio Concierge Program.
